Retail Customer Service Representative
Eclat Chocolate seeks a full-time or possible part-time friendly, responsible customer service representative for our retail store location. Eclat is a very focused, high-energy environment with the highest standards for performance and representation.
Duties include, but not limited to, explaining products to customers, re-stocking shelves, keeping track of front inventory, upkeep and maintaining neatness of retail storefront, assist in packing and shipping product, and assist in chocolate production from time to time. Marketing, Graphic Design and Quickbooks skills not required but possibly useful. One year of customer service experience preferred. Please serious inquires only.
Overview: Working alongside Chef/Owner and other production assistants, this job would entail, but is not limited to, various chocolate-making techniques, using equipment unique to chocolate manufacturing, packaging product, keeping inventory of product, ordering and keeping inventory of ingredients. Looking for a motivated, responsible individual to fill this full-time position.
