* Your chocolate is shipped from West Chester, PA. Orders shipped to Eastern PA, CT, NJ, DE, MD, Southeastern NY, and Northern VA arrive in 1-2 business days with Standard Ground shipping. Please refer to the shipping map to view how long your chocolate will be in transit when shipped from our location using Standard Ground shipping.

Shipping rates are calculated per package. Packages will not be sent out in transit over the weekend, unless specified otherwise.
The Delicacy of Our Chocolate
Due to the perishability and delicate nature of our products, we generally do not recommend more than 2 to 3 days of transit time. We HIGHLY recommend that you select either 2nd day or next day shipping if your destination is in a warmer climate or season. Please refer to the shipping map to estimate your shipping time.
Nobody likes melted or broken chocolate, which is why we do not send any shipments out past Wednesday at 12pm EST. We do not want your chocolate to be sitting in a truck all weekend and loose its freshness, so any orders made past Wedensday at 12pm will be sent out the following Monday. We will only send out packages past Thursday if it is for next day delivery or being delivered to a destination in the Tri-State area.

Summer Season Shipping
Due to higher temperatures in the warmer months of May to October, any orders shipped to destinations over 65 degrees will require extra cooling materials. E'clat Chocolate will add the necessary cooling materials to your package for an additional calculated cost to ensure that your chocolate arrives to you as fresh as it is the day it's made. Any orders being delivered to destinations outside of the 2-day Standard Shipping zones are HIGHLY suggested to select either 2nd day or next day shipping methods. Please refer to the shipping map to locate your shipping zone.
FedEx is our preferred shipping vendor.
All of our shipping vendors deliver only on business days, unless Saturday delivery is specified (additional charges apply). Our shipping vendors may, on occasion, require a signature for a delivery at the discretion of the driver. Deliveries to businesses occur between 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday. Deliveries to residences occur between 9am and 7pm, Monday through Friday.

All orders leave our West Chester facility within 24-48 hours of processing (unless past Wednesday at 12pm or otherwise specified). In order to ensure the best and freshest chocolate, orders cannot ship over the weekend, so for Standard shipments, your package may be held until the following Monday.
